Major challenge of health care organization:-

1). Reimbursement:- health care is so expensive in some areas . Businessmen and government works in the field to reduce costs. Model and costs are changing due to these efforts but still at this cost availablity to all should not be fulfilled.

2). Healthcare policy :- there is a high degree of uncertainty and affordable care put bad impact on insurance market. Insurance companies reluctant to expand insurance facilities.

3). Technology :- most significant challenge to healthcare technology is emergence of new technologies. That changes in medication and information technology. These technologies expand costs and complexity of healthcare.

4). Workforce shortage :- healthcare industry facing problem to find out skilled and qualified workers like nurse , nursing assistant , technician and pharmacist . At a low cost the availability of skilled workers can't be fulfilled.

5). Leadership gap :- health care leader daunting and faces problem to play a role like a good leader in front of all these obstacles. Their busy schedule can't allow them to pursue leadership training.
