The health care industry is rapidly changing as technological advancement, regulatory shifts and due to payment structure. The health care organization which selected for discussion is a non-profit organization in the United States, the American Heart Association that improves the cardiac care and takes an effort to reduce the disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular risks and stroke. THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ON WORKPLACE SAFETY: The American Heart Association helps to improve the workplace safety based on the information and evidences on the science based health solutions. They are a) assessing the current programs and supporting the workplace environment. b) creating awareness and education and c) helps in monitoring the progress of the work done. IMPORTANCE OF THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION: The main goal of the American Heart association is to safegaurd the lives and health of the disabled people and to reduce the mortality rate because of these diseases. It helps to improve the system work of circulatory and respiratory through exercises.
