Court room proceding: in the court room we can see judges, lawyers, defendant, court reporter, and others, in the courtroom trails are held for both criminal and civil cases, trail is where 2 or more parties present evidence and information to a court of law, in civil cases is to settle claims or lawsuits as a person or multiple people, in criminal case occurs when charges are brought against a person by the government, the people in the courtroom like judge he is a person who presides over a trail from a desk called a bench, and have 5 basic tasks during the trail,first is that they are responsible for maintaining order in the court and presiding over all proceedings second judge must also determine the legality of any evidences presented and third is the judge is responsible for giving the jury instructions on laws which apply to the case and fourth judge has determine the facts and decide the outcome of the case without a jury the fifth is sentencing criminal defendants,lawyers for each party who can be found seated at the counsel tables which face the judge bench,the court reporter is one who type the official records of the trail, the defendants in the criminal case ,court deputy administer oaths to witnesses,the witnesses he who give testimony about disputed facts in the case, the jury in criminal case. whether acting as jury or witness at a coroners inquest nurses play a vital role in the analysis of evidence and creation of recommendations that build stronger health and social systems.
