METHOD

Here the managers and the directors will use various tools and strategies to support the activities of corporate governance.There are several responsibilities in the corporate governance.They are,business ethics,brand management,invester relations,stakeholder communications,environmental affairs, corporate philanthropy.The main method used is the IFC Corporate methodology .This method is an approach to evaluate and improve the corporate governance of a company, it includes the governance attributes etc.
