1.Analysis provides strong evidence that,expanding Medicaid coverage and establishing state marketplaces have not only decreased the number of Americans who are uninsured but has substantially improved access to care for those who gained coverage.
2.People who are newly insured through the ACA are much less likely than uninsured people to report that they are unable to get care or delayed getting care because of cost.They are just as likely as those who have always been covered to report that they now have a usual place of care.
3.Yet,for all of the uncertainty surrounding the ACA, certain
