Answer:-Not all job in the health care industry are well paid. The fundamental right of the employees and ensure employees some security in case of jobloss, personal or family illness, or other difficulty. Most low wage jobs do not offer health insurance benefits tend to have inflexible or unpredictable scheduling requirements and provide little opportunity for career advancement.all too often, low wages jobs are replacing jobs that have traditionaly supported a broad middle class. Remedying this conditions the health care industry's work space demands an ethical response from both management and labour unions, yet relatively little agreement exist about the policies, beyond raising the minimum wages, that can improves the low wages employees. Most of the private sectors employees belonging to labour union.there are tention between those who are for and against restricting collective bargaining raise in the health care industry, still the public generally recognize the need for labour unions to protect the right of employees. The unions in health care industry enables to expand the power of health care workers  by unionizing  unorganized workplaces . If more workplaces are unionized , it takes wages and benefits — labor costs — out of the equation when employers compete with one another.
