  1. “Challenge the Status QUO” - It means doing things in a better way by identifying ways to add more value to what we are delivering to our client or to our organisation. In order to excel as a project manager one must add more value than everyone else. It is a change in the business processes and technology which can be brought by being conscious of the operations in the current world and implementing new and better ways of doing same things. The steps involved in this process are :
  1. Making an understanding of the current business processes and the expected benefits from them.
  2. Now the task comes to finding the ways to do the same work in a better and effective way which yields more value to the project, client or to the organization.
  3. Now the final stage comes of implementation. A successful project leader works in a supportive environment and so the leader must motivate all the people in the project team about the plan. All the people in the project must be clear about the vision of the leader.

    1. As the world is very dynamic in nature and in order to prosper as a project manager, a leader must be different from the competition.
    2. Status Quo reaps limited rewards and challenging the Status Quo becomes necessity to find better ways to do a task.

Earlier the men used to dominate the world. Every right was owned by the men in the house; the right to vote earn money and run the family. This was for the hundreds of years and now it has all changed. We see women with every right, business places. They are not only responsible with the maintenance of the house but also running it, owning properties, foot to foot with men, running businesses, etc. it took courage and passion to change their life.
