The patients centred care can be explained as the performing the task which can provide quality of care as well as can meet the needs and demand of the patient or person. The healthcare professionals involve themselves in identifying the needs of the person or patients so that they can meet their needs, values which helps the patients to recover soon.

The person centred care is a kind of manner of thinking or performing the well developed plan to monitor the care provided to the person by involving their methods to elevate the health status.

It also means respecting the dignity, respect of the person. It involves the specific health consideration in the healthcare organizations where all the healthcare professionals respect the decision of the patients. The care is provided by involving the ethical concerns.

The three ways through which the person centred care can be involved in the healthcare organizations or clinical practice are:

• Identify the needs of the patients and providing specific consideration to it.
• Having effective communication which could reduce the gap of communication and this also enable the healthcare professionals to understand the problem or health issues of the person.
