Answer: In the case of the hethcare organization, the healthcare professionals indulge themselves to provide quality of the care. The patients centred care can be explained as the performing the task which can provide quality of care as well as can meet the needs and demand of the patient or person. The healthcare professionals involve themselves in identifying the needs of the person or patients so that they can meet their needs, values which helps the patients to recover soon.
The person centred care is a kind of manner of thinking or performing the well developed plan to monitor the care provided to the person by involving their methods to elevate the health status.
It also means respecting the dignity, respect of the person. It involves the specific health consideration in the healthcare organizations where all the healthcare professionals respect the decision of the patients. The care is provided by involving the ethical concerns.
