health care strategic planning is a tough process but if we have a good tool in our hand it is a easy process.

there are about 6 strategies . from that am chose the bench marking strategy. it is a easy tool for all and it can apply all levels of health care organization.

the main three strategies are following..

1. Balance score card:

this frame work helps to balance four perspectives in organization. Finance, customers, internal proceses and learning and growth. this method will help a lot but it is time consuming and need a strategic map for execution of plan

2. Performance prism model:

this strategy also consist a frame work for the proper working. it consist of a set of perspectives, they are stake holder satisfaction, stakeholders contribution, strategies, process and capabilities. this also a time consuming process

3. Bench marking:

it allows to compare metrics in the organization to either an industry average or the competition. this is agreat targeted solution but less of full frame work. this strategy is easy to execute and less time consuming.

for the proper working of a health organization the strategic plans are executed in a systemic way. this includes the following forur steps: analyse and assesment phase, formulatory phase, execution phase, plan evaluation phase, this systemic way of working will gave a better outcome.
