In your own words discuss how do you think cultural differences and similarities would play into David Bell's theory on emotion and negotiations?

cultural differences and similarities play a role in emotions and negotiations. The culture that we follow are deep rooted and we are conditioned to follow that .In psychoanalysis all our feelings and behaviour stem from the past.

They are deeprooted. The atmosphere and sorrounding we grow in has a major role in what we are today.our culture teaches us norms and values that we are not able to keep up at times.we supress anger and emotions to live and be accepted in a society.

supression of anger which cannot be shown to the members of the group we belong acts as an outburst to others in an external group.if our culture taughts us certain norms we would follow them . Does culture teach us ,is it  nrmal as a human being to get angry or show our anger? if we were taught that it is acceptable to show anger or be ourselves then our ego state is satisfied.Negotiations are that we do to expect something in return. it can be love,money or emotional security.we are bound by our culture to behave in a particularway and breaking the norms would be considered unacceptable .
