3. False- Health is not just absence of disease but a state of overall well being. According to WHO, health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

4. True- physical education plays an important role in the physical growth and development of students. Through physical education, students will get the opportunity to participate in a variety of physical activities such as sports and games and aquire the concepts and skills that will enable them to participate in these sports and games both for leisure and competition.
