Opening bank account is always a dream of every individual and for working people have essential and mandatory process of join a services or jobs. There are private bank and government undertaking bank serving to every nation and people of that country. Banks have a several service varieties like many banks for only individual customers and many banks for only business class and entrepreneurs but we have seen couple of year’s banks serving to their customers with a range of products and offering complete packages.

In 2011 my first bank account was opened with ICICI bank and ICICI Bank is one of the largest private banks in India. I was much passionate and happy while opening my account. The most dissatisfactory experience with this bank was maintaining minimum balance in account that was 10,000 Indian rupees. Maintaining minimum balance of 10,000 Indian rupees was a handsome amount for us and that was the unsatisfactory encounters for me when i was open my account with this bank.

Another unsatisfactory encounter was while opening every saving account customer need to open a De-mat account of icici bank that was so irritating and unsatisfactory in practices. At that time opening a saving account with icici bank was a big job and people considered rich men to such account holder.

Opening a bank account was not easy job and requiring several domiciles, rent agreement if we are living in different city and guarantor, these all formalities were tough to arrange while living in a different city. Other several services were much expensive that bank offering like bank statement and internet banking.

The key drivers my dissatisfactions-

1) Arrangements of 10,000 Indian rupees for maintain minimum balance while opening an account with ICICI Bank.

2) Arrangements of two guarantor who have bank account with existing bank ICICI Bank and existing city.

3) Arrangement of rent agreement while submitting application for open a bank account.

These all were key driver of my dissatisfaction and trouble and at that time and in a new city finding or arranging these all documents really a tough job.

ICICI Bank done drastic change in its banking practices for acquiring more and more customers and retaining its existing customers through reducing requirement of maintaining minimum balance , removing the requirement of guarantor ,rent agreement and several other hurdles for a new customers like withdrawing De-mat account compulsion while opening saving account.

ICICI Bank is offering internet banking with zero changes and offering several personal loans, home loans and other overdraft facilities to their existing customers with minimum documents formalities. Bank is offering limitless ATM withdrawals for their customers and making services easy and affordable.

Bank is resolving their customers complain fast and with given time periods, bank satisfying their customers’ needs and requirement. ICICI Bank is now days competing with government bank and ensuring reliability and creating customers loyalty through its plans and marketing practices.

ICICI Bank now days one of the market leaders in Indian banking practice through offering range of digital banking services , attractive interest rates, fast baking services ,easy deposits and withdrawals options for customers.
