PLANT SOURCES:- simple carbohydrates as glucose,fructose,maltose, sucrose are occured in plants.
- Plants such as grains (cereal group) and other plants.

2. CARBOHYDRATES PLANT SOURCES:- complex carbohydrates as polysaccharides, proteoglycans glycoproteins etc.
SOURCES- Starch based - bread, cereal, potatoes, pasta, rice, and legumes (dried peas and beans).

3. ANIMAL SOURCES OF CARBOHYDRATES:-
    -Red meat
    -milk and milk products
    -poultry and eggs.

4. PLANT SOURCES OF PROTEINS:-
    lentils, chickpeas, peanuts, almonds,spirulina, soyabeans etc.
