As per the construction practice any construction of building /shop house , 60% of the estimated cost would be material and remaining 40% shall be considered as labour cost . Material cost per one storey shop is $60, 00,000(60% of the budgeted cost)
Labour cost per storey shop is 40, 00,000(40% of the budgeted cost)
For effective and better control purpose, Unit wise bifurcation of the total budgeted cost is more beneficial to the execute the aforesaid contracts .
