Your public relations firm is awarded a $350,000 contract for a year-long program. The campaign objectives are threefold:

The society is a knowledge society. Knowledge is its key resource, and, the knowledge workers dominant group in the workforce.
Characteristics of this workforce
Higher education should not be an elite enterprise. Education for disadvantaged groups is required. It is a high social and political priority. Re-engineered postsecondary systems are required.
