Explain a current conflict you are having with a friend or loved one. Apply the win-win method to arrive at a solution using all six steps as though you were speaking to your partner.

Conflict occurs due to different views and opinions of members of the family. It may also occur because of misunderstanding of the views of each other.

If the conflict is not resolved it may lead to argument and damage in the relationship.

Conflict is an essential part of the family. There are many factors that can cause conflict.

For example conflict in the family of the new couple, the birth of a baby, child become young or adult, financial crisis etc.

The conflict also plays a major role in the family making because in the family conflict we can understand the views, opinions, and issues of other more easily and effectively. This also gives us an opportunity to strengthen our relationship by resolving issues.

Approach-approach conflict occurs when one has to choose between two appealing and desirable goals.

Last week a conflict between me and my girlfriend occur due to the difference in our views on the particular subject.

We were both disagree with each other on going to the picnic on a holiday because on that day I have to attain the meeting.

This created a conflict with us but we resolver it with win approaches and we both become agree to resolver issues with mutual understanding.

Steps of win-win approach are given below:

Step one: alertness

Step two: stop upset

Step three:ap0ly a win-win approach

Step four: Listen carefully and purposefully

Step five: brainstorming

Step six:resolving

In every relationship, there may be differences but one can resolve that those issues with lose,win lose or win win approaches.

In only win win approach both sides may get be beneficial from it.
