What challenges exist for finding and eating whole grains, dark green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, and legumes? 200 words
The problem which is faced for eating various foods here are listed below.
1. Whole grain. These are food items which has a outer cover and usually taken in more quantity like barley, wheat, millet the challenge we face are
a) many anti-inflammatory diets claim that whole grains are a major reason for that.
b) They are low in nutrients, fattening, and harmful, and most people are eating them too much.
2. Green leafy vegetables :- these are green veggies and leaf item like cucumbers, spinach etc.
a) Green, leafy vegetables have a very low glycemic index, which means your blood sugar will remain steady.
b) Greens contain a type of fiber known as insoluble fiber, and though that sounds like that would make these vegetables that are hard to digest.
3. Citrus foods - these are those food item which contains a large amount of vitamin C
a) symptoms of oral allergy syndrome (OAS). Individuals with OAS who have reactions to citrus fruits can usually eat the fruits when they're cooked.
b) Citrus food eaten in excess, the greater fiber content can affect digestion, causing abdominal cramps, and could also lead to diarrhea.
Legumes - these are commoly called pulses and are categorised as peas and beans.
a) Phytic acid, or phytate, is an antioxidant found in all edible plant seeds, including legume. Which creates problems in digestion.
b) They can drive insulin resistance and are linked to type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
