I hope you will rate my answer positively--

Health disparities that exists for black African /American population -- They experiences significant disparities related to chronic conditions , with respect to care , preventive screening , an mental health issues.

Poverty , low education, unemployment, insecurity, contribute towards poor reproduction health and birth outcomes among black women's . Unhealthy behaviour , abusers , stress is common .

Some common health disparities are - obesity and childhood obesity.

Diabetes, heart disease which includes High blood pressure , stroke . Cancer is also very common in women like breast cancer , colorectal cancer . Maternal and child health include asthama, complications related to low birth rate , high infant mortality rate . Mental health issues - most likely to be reported is psychological distress, maximum of population requires councelling.

Nutritional challenges are due to poor eating habits and lack of exercise among Africans Americans increase their risk of developing cancer , obesity, diabetes , etc. The prefence for particular type of cuisine called soul food has resulted in various health problems. Soul foods typically involves fried food and a lots of fatty meats . Due to regular uptake of these type of food it becomes traditional in every occasion for them.so any efforts to get them to eat healthier food become CHALLENGING for them.so they have highest rate of obesity seen and other health related illness . They donot ate green vegetables, they lie fall short of recommended dietary allowances for vitamin E , B6, calcium , magnesium and zinc.

Thankyou.
