Morphology of the organ and body parts had an important role in the disease process. Any change in the morphology of an organ can lead to various health problems. So a change in the organ morphology determine the clinical features, course and prognosis of the disease.
For example in case of cancers and diabetes mainly type 1 diabetes had occur due to the change in the morphology of specific organs in the body. In cancers the organ which affected with cancer through abnormal cell divisions. While the cell division increases abnormally it is said to be cancer, because of this uncontrolled cell division morphology of that organs are also changed.
In case of type1 diabetes the pancrease lacking beta cells which are responsible for the production of insulin to the body. So absence or improper functioning of beta cells in the body causes type1 diabetes. Due to this lack of production or absence of beta cells in the pancrease blood glucose level increases and clinical symptoms appears.
