Public health emphasizes the importance of safe home, work, and community environments. Reliable access to clean drinking water, a toilet, and fuel is critical for human health. Minimizing exposure to hazards and injuries at work is is also essential for safety and well-being.    Public health emphasizes in rural population most of them are unaware of Cancer treatment,symptoms and screening..they are not getting enough food for their childrens and living in unhygeinic environment..So there is inadequate government support also one of the major problem they are facing this situation..government is inactive and in acceptable..there are lot of mortality rate increase in population by every year due to HIV infection,breast cancer,cervical cancer,vulnarable diseases..Governement must activate tobacco prevention program,childhood vaccination for low income population,health education about safety and prevention about communicable diseases..It increases the mortality rate among under 5years..13%due to pneumonia,8% due to diarrhea,7% malaria, 5% due to injury childerens are suffering each year..there is 44% of increased mortality aomng neonates..
eliminate the underlying causes can prevent the mortality among population..Due to lack of job and insurance coverage people are not efford for their treatment..Physician must be aware of new medicines for new diseases..HIV awareness must be initiated among rural population..inadequate knowledge about AIDS and its prevention 17million women living with HIV worldwide..children getting HIV infection from mother it is increased in last few years.. in the year 2002 there was3,30,000 millionof children treated for AIDS..but in 2014 it is reduced by 1,70,000million..due to Group B streptococcus bacterial infection also there was more infant death from mother..There was cheap and safe medicine penicillin antibiotics can be given to treat with those infection group..
   Preventing Malnutrition among children can reduce the illness among them..Funds,government policies and insurance can prevent this illness by providing proper education and health coverage for those who live in low income and ethnic group..
