Active listening includes giving feedback to confirm and clarify the information that was shared. A great collaborator will be able to respond most effectively once all the parties have been heard. .
3. Energize- The best collaborator assume that others are working smart and working hard. An effective leader can bring energy and inspire his team members by that they feel motivated.
