Differentiate between the roles : a)1) leader in nursing care: it is an emerging role the leader always tries to improve the quality of patient care and prepares the nurses with the skill needed to thrive in the current and future healthcare system, and leaders have significant skill to be developed throughtout nursing education , they improves patient care and ccollabrates with the colleagues and patient and also moitivates the team 2)leaders in global arena :the leader experts adapt the insight of their field in the global arena they set celar vision for the organization and motivates employees and guides the employees through the work process and build morals and always make the employees directly or indirectly make the company successful. b)1) role of designer , manger , corodinators of care : the nurses in the present world are all managers and they manage the care of the specfic diseases patients and perform care ny themeselves and also direct the others to provide health care and they know how to supervise, evaluate and motivate and communicate with other disciplines and they also lead teams and they direct nursing care within a deliverysetting to protect the patients . 2)role of designer, manger and coordinators in global arena :the manager plan, initiate and oversees execution of a project, often working with multiple internal teams,contractors and clients , and the coordinator work under the direction of a project manager to help with adminstrative tsks on an specific projects.
