Sleep is the most important aspect of an individuals life. Sleeps helps in maintaining and leading a good life as it helps the muscles in relaxing and calming them at night. When an individual doesn't get to sleep, his/ her daily life does get hampered. Sleep deprivations lead to many problems and in various dimensions of his/ her life which can be physical, cognitive and socio-emotional development.

Lack of sleep can slow down the physical growth. The muscles and the nervous system gets relaxed at night when the body is in the sleep state, it helps in rejuvenating and and n the growth of the body. Lack of sleep imbalances this process of growth. Sleep deprivation also causes problems with cognitive and socio-emotional development. It can cause in problems with concentration and attention which can hinder with their studies and other aspects of their lives. It also lead to irritation and certain other negative emotions like sadness, etc. which cam affect their relationship with others.
