1. Burkholderia cepacia is gram negative bacillus found in water and soil. It's virulence power is generally low but people who have lung diseases or cystic fibrosis are susceptible to B. cepacia.
B. cepacia infection in case of cystic fibrosis patients is life threatening. It is get transmitted by person to person contact. This bacteria colonize in lungs and slowly deteriorates lung function and it spreads throughout the body. If left untreated it can cause cepacia syndrome which is very dreadful.
2. B.cepecia is opportunistic pathogen dangerous for cystic fibrosis patient. This bacteria is antibiotic resistant and cause death of patient already suffering from cystic fibrosis. It cause severe decline in lung functioning of person.
As a girl is very young and suffering from cystic fibrosis means she has very low immunity and she is positive for B.cepacia is difficult to cure.
Psychologist Piaget, Freud, and Erickson have their different theories according to human development. Piaget's gives importance to basic needs while Erickson's theory gives importance to environmental factors and Freud proposed that psychological development in childhood takes place during psychosexual stages.
