Consumer while buying anything never makes his own decision. His Decision Process is always affected by certain factors.
These are as follows :-
There can be other factors also which affects Decision Process of a consumer including psychological factors, cultural factors, marketing mix factors and functional factors.
The most influential factor that I would consider is the social factor because a consumer always wants to be more and more social and wants to show his status in the society. He would always want to be like others and his decisions are mostly affected by the social life around him.
