Internal crowdsourcing program refers to the process in which the organisation gains the new generation of ideas, knowlege and information regarding the problem and its solution they have been searching from the internal sources of the organisation ie the employees. Employees take the initiatives to present various ideas to solve any problem. To attract more and more employees to participate in this internal crowdsourcing campaigns, the organisation uses various incentive ideas to lure them so they could actively and effectively participate and present productive ideas. The employers or the managers have an idea about what kind of incentives the employees want by analysing their needs and wants from the organisation. By having the participatory leadership, having good interpersonal relations with the employees and constantly taking feedbacks and research methods to check if the employee is having a good job satisfaction or not would reveal the result that what things are lacking in the employee's job and thus those data could be used to act as an incentive in these programs. For example, suppose many employees while giving the feedback regarding the job satisfaction level said they are not satisfied with the pay they are getting, the company would initiate to develop a program where the best idea out of various ideas provided by the employees is selected, that employee would get a 15% increase in its in hand salary. That would increase the participation level for the employees.
