Solutions

Expert Solution

I am committed to answer only first four questions. Post remaining questions separately.

1) Pear shape body has a characteristic heavy bottom area. With more weight accumulated around stomach, such people have a bigger waistline, and are heavier in weight. Thus they are at a higher risk of chronic diseases.

2) A person with anorexia nervosa, is thus suffering from an eating disorder where the body is significantly under-weight. A statement stressing on relevance of food as medicine, which will provide nutrients to the body for its optimum function, is a positive and important message.

3) Anorexia nervosa patients have low body weight. They don’t have a high blood pressure due to this condition.

4) Lifting heavy weight will make the heart pump blood faster, which can lead to anaerobic conditions. Similar is the case with a sprint race. However, if a person is talking comfortably along with jogging, means rate of respiration and energy production are compatible. Thus the activity is aerobic.
