Q: State your feelings regarding your current body weight, considering what you have learned about body composition as well as body weight in pounds.

Answer:

Body composition refers to the percentage of fat, bone,water and muscle in human bodies.Body composition analysis accurately assess the fat,bone and muscle changes.Due to body composition changes, people with same weight and sex may look different.A healthy body composition means low in percentage of fat and high percentage in bone and muscle ( you can explain about your body composition) By knowing the body composition one can identify whether they are health or not.Body fat can be measured by skinfold measurement, hydrostatic weight measurement,dexa scan etc.When a person want to be fit ,they have to reduce fat intake if the fat composition is high and vice-versa.

Body weight is the weight of the body. It is measured in pounds or kilograms. An ideal body weight is determined by using body mass index. Body weight is classified according to BMI,ideal, overweight,class 1 obesity,class 2 obesity.

BMI = weight÷ (height)2

If BMI is 18.5- 24.9 healthy and 25 above are overweight.

( You can describe about your weight,normal or overweight)
