-confidentiality,privacy and security are to be maintained for the health information.

-health information issues always at risk of manipulation of health system data and also the patient data.

-when evidence-based recommendations made,it is important to maintain the confidentiality ,privacy and security of the health sytem data and the patient data.

-usually third parties and the hospital systems(administration department) put the patient data at risk,and causes to misusing of the hospital data related to patients.It can be avoided through appropriate techniques of health information safety and security by following the HIPAA (Health Information Probability and Accountability Act)security rule.

-HIPAA privacy rule and security rule protects the electronic protected health information(ePHI) which is essential to maintain the privacy of patient.
