What role does verbal recognition play in motivating employees?
Motivating employees is quite an integral aspect that organizations need to look after in order to be successful and I believe that verbal recognition is one of those factors that play an important role. Managers and leaders use this as an amenity for motivating employees without monetary benefits and rewards and a verbal praise or a feedback may actually help in this case. Managers or leaders need to be effective in using such amenities so that employees feel valued in the organization.
