In multiparty negotiation process , each party has his own prefrences and priorities. This is a multtiparty negotiations that involves un ique dynamics in a collective decesion-making process. The two situations that involve Multiple Parties and team are:

  • Multiple individuals are present on each side of the negotiation- the parties to a negotiotion are teams against teams.
