A health care administrator can influence the public policy process to make it beneficial for the consumers ,health care organisations and professionals. Healthcare administration leader has the wealth of knowledge, experience of the health care challenges,tenacity and skills . They are ideal representatives to support and present the heath policy proposal to legislation.

For example they firstly find a potential problem ( like dificency of equipments needed for the care of patients causing increase in cost and provision of less effective care) faced by patients , organisations,health care professionals . Research on it to find out the causes of this problems( cause is less supply from the backend / government supply) and evolve a evidence based result which is beneficial to both the patient and organisations result - (due to insufficient provision of supplies to the hospital , patients are not getting an effective care neither the oraganization and health professionals are able to do there work effectively).The results are presented in front of the borads and expertise .Meeting are held on how to initiate the process of supply of equipments by making relations with other bodies and stakeholders .Also provide the benefits of the initiative.
