These are characterizing the task or functional environment of a third sector organization . Third sector organization are neither private nor public but civic organizations.

For example To do poverty alleviationt: there is a greater need to understand the context in which institutions operate, and their relationships with government and it's institutions,civil society groups, poor people, and donors.by using these relationship these Institution context help different group of society by providing them Justice.

These institution like pressure group and they make pressure on government through debate discussion, media reporting , poster etc. Thus they also some time related to political parties indirectly and this they raise issus of people and make government to comes, out with policy on favour of required issue resolution.
