1.Developmental Health has been defined as the physical and mental health, well-being, coping and competence of human beings, and is the combination of health and developmental outcomes. Many different factors can positively or negatively affect developmental health.

Some of the factors influencing the developmental health include income, education, health, culture, parenting, neighbourhood, and social status.

Healthy child development is rooted in the experiences of infancy and early childhood — experiences and relationships.

2.The Illness-Wellness Continuum is a graphical illustration of a wellbeing concept . It proposes that wellbeing includes mental and emotional health, as well as the presence or absence of illness.

It includes body size and shape, body functioning, measures of strength and endurance, and resistance to disease.

The right side of the continuum reflects degrees of wellness, while the left indicates degrees of illness. The model has been used to describe how, in the absence of physical disease, an individual can suffer from depression, anxiety or other conditions.

3.Process approach is a psychological theory of health behavior change.

Health behavior change refers to a replacement of health-compromising behaviors (such as sedentary behavior) by health-enhancing behaviors (such as physical exercise).

It suggests that the adoption, initiation, and maintenance of health behaviours must be explicitly conceived as a process that consists of at least a motivation phase and a volition phase.

4. Functional health is an individual's ability to perform normal daily activities required to meet the basic needs, fulfill usual roles, andmaintain health and wellbeing. Functional status related concepts of interest: functional capacity and functional performance.

Functional health & wellness came  from the idea that healthcare is an act of integration, not separation. Instead of simply addressing different symptoms across separate areas, the functional approach treat the issues that together affect the unified system of the body.
