1.gender plays a very important role in development.male and female have equal responsibility as citizens.both the gender have to efficiently work and contribute towards development.suppose if only male work and majority of female dont work then there will be problem of gender inequality which hinders the process of development.for the overall development,in different sectors of economy,equal opportunities should be provided to both male and female.

2.development policies without involvement of women would result into gender inequality and there would not be inclusive growth.economy would become one sided and as a result development would also become one sided.while drafting development policies,if women are not considerd then GDP would not be inclusive and in future gender income inequality would increase to a great extent.

3.women should be included in every sector of the economy.this will ensure inclusive growth.women development programmes should be initiated in order to increase employment opportunities for women.educational platforms should be initiated for women.government should include women in the legislature and should provide equal opportunities to women.
