What role does negotiation play in an Agile development process? Does it give any advantages over negotiation in Waterfall processes? Why or why not?

The negotiations play a very big role in any process of developing the system and the agile process ensures that the negotiations don't affect the project timeline for which to maintain it ensures that both the parties are collaborative on the terms of one another and end up on conclusion very fast.

The agile process's combativeness gets the better of the waterfall process, it is because the objective of negotiation here is to get to the conclusion where both parties agree without affecting the timeline of the developing project.
