Goal can be anything that you wish to gain acheive and goal is the primary step to acheive something positively.Decision making process is a continous process and it should be depends on both organizational and management activities.

  DEFINITION

- According to Oxford Advanced Leaners Dictionary,the process of deciding something important,especially in group or in an organizations

-According to Baker,efficient decision making involves a series of steps that reqiure the input of informations at different stages of the process,as well as a process for feedback

- Psychologically it is defined as decision making is regarded as the cognitive process resulting in the selection of a  breif or a course of actions among several alternative possibilites
