Evaluation means interpreting the actual or proposed results or Impacts. It is a systematic and rigorous process. The purpose of evaluation is to determine the quality of the program
Evaluation process involves four phases
1) Planning
The face of planning starts with finding out the feasibility of evaluation, locating stakeholders and determining the short term and long term goals. The stakeholders play an important role in the process as they are the actual ones who are involved in the process. After the stakeholders identified they are given their part of work which keeps them engaged at all the stages
2) Implementation
In implementation of process the evaluation done is to check whether the process is properly implemented or not also checks on the accuracy of standards and the retaining of the participants
3) Completion
In completion process the evaluation examines results or outcomes of the process and the lasting impact of the same
4) Dissemination and reporting
In this the evaluation states the resources used through out the process
