An employee who knows to handle various situations is always beneficial for the company. Therefore, providing training will help in ascertaining the challenges.
2. A weak strategy is also a challenge of operationalizing strategy. Making proper strategy also helps in anticipation of the challenges. The organizations have vision, mission, and goals that they have to achieve, and building a full-proof strategy will help in overcoming all the challenges.
3. Lack of utilization of resources is another challenge. If the company does to uses its resources adequately then they will have to face challenges in the future.
