She has faced serious ethical dilemmas in emergency situation during triaging . She has explained about a emergency situation where a young girl 26year came with motor vehicle accident and an elderly man 78years came with stroke attack at the same time when there was only one bed left in the whole emergency . Now the ethical dilemma was on Prioritization and provision of care . According to triaging , the girls has more priority because she has long years to live and the elderly is at his end stages of life but the dilemma was is this justified .
