Georgia is a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia. The country is located in the cross roads of western Asia and Eastern Europe and it is bounded by the Black sea. Its capital city is Tbilisi and its official languages are Georgian and Abkhazian.

As an administrator I would like to think about the issues that registering day by day in a most frequent .Needs to take a necessary actions based on it? There are so many issues that complains about the administrative system in Georgia and their behaviours in the society.

The program that needs to be implemented so that it should not hurt anyone feelings and any other issues in the society behave in such a way that its actions should not disturb other persons in the society.

The program should bring an initiative to help and support customer at every stage instead of irritating them. The customers are very important and deal in a proper way to make a business. The research behaviours and improper customer address and abusing customer.

The program is ended with abuse to the customers because customers are those needs to be handled in more efficient way for mutual concern if they are abused and handled in a different way it will affect the entire business.

How did the agency handle it? What safeguards were put into place? Do you agree with the efforts?

• The agency reach the customer and address concern in a smooth way by knowing the details for the issue.
• It’s always better way to monitor things from both the ways to provide a justified solution for the issue.
• Needs to analyse in a deeper way for providing solution to the issue
• Based on that provide a proper solution and address of issue on priority to avoid any inconvenience to other customers
• At any point don’t abuse any customer, because abusing is a very wrong way of addressing customer.
• Be polite and be supportive to the customer always, it gives a supportive impression and bring good sales to the agency.

Always protect customer and safeguard to protect the business. Agencies needs to take a measurement steps to monitor these issues .Customers are gods to the business at any services .Without customers its business growth cannot be expected and stand for long run.

I completely agree with the agency as it support the customers at every stage in addressing the customer and needs to take an action for abusing the customer. The efforts are really impressive and appreciated because that cause the completely bad remark on the agency if that is not addressed.

It’s always crucial in addressing customer concerns and stop abusing customers at any stage. They are needs to be stop at any stage and any level, need to attend it immediately and provide solution is the best way.

Tax payers are the most trusted and more development oriented customers to the government as they are the direct supporters for a countries development. Every tax payer in the country needs to get a proper appreciation towards paying tax to the government and responsible for country development.

Tax payers’ money needs to be utilized for them in providing value added services like providing roads, water facilities and other facilities for smooth life in the society. Their tax money needs to be more transparent in providing detail of their tax pay money.

It very important to protect public money and stop misusing that money. Because most of the money that is collected as tax are not used properly in providing basic necessities to the people.

It’s very important to organize their money and supped that money in providing all the necessities for the better society making.

Every tax payer should treat and encourage them that how their tax money is being used for them in return by providing facilities and utilized for them

Record every penny and maintain transparency by providing details of tax money and share the work through various ways to the people. To make them understand what are the necessary actions are taking to protect them.

The only way we can protect the money at every stage is by recording the money for better monitoring and control from misuse.
