I would like you to think and write about how you might define integrity in the dimension of character leadership for yourself (500 words)

Being a leader, I should have several characteristics or dimension as they will help for team success and manage organizational activities in effective way; one of the important dimensions in this context is Integrity. Further, we want work environment to be productive, we need to improve service level of people, hence leader should act with integrity to not just fulfill the work objectives, and they are also bound to gain sustainability level of an organizational initiatives. Maintaining integrity can be possible by keeping emphasis on becoming honest, reliable and trustworthy valuable asset. Leadership with consideration of Integrity builds such a culture within an organizational environment or workplace that discourages blame game situation creation. Instead leader builds a collaborative environment that promotes learning, improve cooperation level. Further, being a leader I have to work out on establishing organizational policies, procedures, work practices, ensuring all such practices, procedures   to get implemented in the workplace. Being leader, I would be also working on utilizing physical and human resources effectively, keep focus on establishing scheduling and associated practices. Leader’s behavior take crucial role, how they manage the organizational and project activities, how they prioritize the tasks, how they motivate team members all would bring impact on achieving organizational goals and targets.

I must keep Integrity dimension, as it improves workplace performance, also here, we can improve our trust and reputation level. Employees usually perform better as Leaders maintain integrity; it brings higher focus on improving loyalty level. Here, I must ask various key questions to myself; these are like whether I am accountable for my every act and decision that I implement? Do I feel responsible for any mistakes? Did I improve my reputation and trust level among team members? Etc. to improve my Integrity, here, there are several things to be done by me, these are as stated below:

• I should maintain consistence in every approach, as I should be performing and build an environment that encourages team members to act with trust, to engage effectively. My words and activities should be valid and should bring positive changes.
• I should improve my brand value, here, I should be focusing on improving my trust level, I should motivate team members and respect peers, coworkers and other employees. I should make the environment more professional that encourages learning and growth.
• Leaders act with Integrity they hold morality and empathy as well, here, I should be understanding team member’s situation, propose various action that will help them to better growth.
• I should honor others and fulfill my proposal, commitments. As it is much important to be great doer rather than just a big speaker.
• I must take responsibility and place myself as accountable for every act. I could improve freedom and flexibility level in the team members by promoting digitization. Moreover, I should understand needs and expectations of stakeholders, I should be giving them platform where they can share their opinion, suggestions, solving real problems could be another critical part for organizational success.
