Evaluation:

a) presentation evaluation- conduct a hand hygiene test . Students for three specific questions related to hand hygiene. it was discovered that over 30% of students missed infection control and patient safety questionsfocusing on breaking chain of infection and standard precuation such as proper hand hygiene.

b) Clinical evaluation

Clinical evaluation done through the procedure demonstration or a mock hospital unit simulation. After the simulation, students were given surveys and ask to anonymously rate themselves for hand hygiene based on their performance during mock hospital.

Based on the students objectives, a self report Student data prepared, that students were using appropriate hand hygiene less than expected.in addition faculty of served students not using hand sanitizer prior to the patient care and performance in CA cloud used during the patient care.during these observations faculty would enter the simulation and ask the students to stop and reflect on hand hygiene deficit.

During still validation faculty were allowed students to verbalize, 'I wouldperform hand hygiene' before and after the skill. second after hospital Unix simulation to reflect on your current practices to identify gaps that may leads to lower the student compliance of hand hygiene.
