The Yale program of affairs is interested in understanding student perspectives of their educational experience and has tasked you with taking a look at the problem. You have obtained data from your school as well as several other schools that offer a Program of Affairs that includes the type of curriculum (traditional on-campus versus non-traditional online), and the student’s evaluation of the course(low versus high). You also have data for a third variable, which includes the emphasis of the course of study(quantitative (i.e., a lot of math) versus non-quantitative). You are interested in explaining evaluations of the program made by students. Based on the data below, what can you report?

This data is interesting because when you look at the only the first table. Low and high evaluations are the same for traditional and non- traditional courses. 125 low vs 123 high which are not much different to conclude anything.
The data based on the third variable is more interesting since it paints a clearer picture
For quantitative courses 57 evaluate low and 67 high for traditional courses and 68 evaluate low and 56 high for non traditional quantitative courses.
This shows a higher satisfaction for quantitave courses (57 < 67) when it is on campus and a lower satisfaction (68>56) when it is online.
When it comes to non quantitative courses 68 evaluate low satisfaction and 56 evaluate high for traditional. 57 evalute low for and 67 high for non traditional.
This shows a lower satisfaction for non quantitative courses on campus(68>56) and higher satisfaction when it is off campus- online(57<67)
So the data shows majority of students prefer quantitative courses to be on campus and non quantitave courses to be online. (At least the majority of those courses)
Happy learning.
