Using any popular job search website (Indeed, Linked In, etc.) find a job or internship listing for management or supply chain that you would like to apply for (if it says you need a college degree that’s okay). Look over the job description and visit the website of the company for some background. Once you familiarize yourself with the company and the job, answer the following questions:

Job Role- Marketing Associate

1. Hi, I am Sarah Jones and currently completed my MBA with marketing as my major subject. During my course curriculum, I went through a three-month internship program at ABC Ltd, which operates in the consumer goods services. I have completed a digital marketing course of six months duration in the last year to gain knowledge about the recent marketing trends.

2. The job requires a candidate with marketing background and relevant experience. I am suitable for the job because with considerable experience in various marketing responsibilities during my internship program and having knowledge about the digital marketing process, I would be able to add value to the company through my skills and expertise.

3. This entry level marketing job would help me gain practical experiences in the professional field, which would be beneficial for me in the near future. Besides, it would provide me with considerable exposure into new marketing aspects of the industry, thereby enhancing my skill, knowledge and expertise.

4. I have been the first runner-up in my university in public speaking competition last year held with other colleges and universities.

5. My biggest strength is that I can communicate well with people, which would be an advantage in the marketing field and my greatest weakness is that I tend to put too much self-pressure at times, which might not be good for health.

6. My dream job would be to be the marketing manager of ABC Ltd within the next ten years.

7. The toughest decision that I made in the last six months in to leave my home city and relocate here for getting better job opportunities. I have been preparing myself for this decision for the last two years during my MBA course about how I should relocate to other cities which provide suitable opportunities in the marketing field.

8. I am resilient, hardworking and above all a good speaker and listener, which would be an added advantage for understanding and communicating with customers of the company for better satisfying them.
