Select any job, assistantship, internship (paid or un-paid), or volunteer position. Briefly list the primary responsibilities of someone in this position. Basic Responsibilty:
i) Supervise, train and evaluate 15 employees every month.
ii) negotiate purchasing contracts with external suppliers.
iii) Work with staffs on busy days to provide customer service to assigned clients.
iv) Create and maintain database of new and existing clients.
v) Use qualitative and quantitative skills to assess project success outcomes.
vi) make recommendations for future projects.
vii) serve as a bridge between top level management and lower level employees.
viii) maintain secrecy and confidentiality of company's client and documents.

Q 10) What is the process you typically follow before deciding a plan of action?
Yes it would be a committe interview. Minimum Three or maximum 4 panelist.

Aptitude Test (60 mins ) Seperates the milk from the cream.

Skill Test ( 30 mins)
Third Round
Psychometric Test (15 mins).
