Building an ethical environment in the workplace is not an easy task. The skills can be applied in the workplace in the following ways-

1. An environment needs to be created that supports ethics in business - Emphasis on the ethics should be strengthened by including it in the mission statement and also in the manuals of the company.

2. It should be demonstrated by the top management through their actions that the company will not tolerate unethical behavior.

3. Drafting of a clear and detailed business ethic code is vital for maintaining ethical behavior in the business.

4.The copies of this code should be circulated to all the employees and Human Resource Cell should communicate the same to the employees through seminars and conferences.

5. Making ethical decision a part of the evaluation process and rewarding responsible employees can help in motivating other employees to follow the same.
