Thus moral point of approach of the business decision making is essential.

Levels of Ethical decision making; The ethical decision making are appropriate to develop and maintain the right working culture and environment. It maintains the level of ethical decision making, where ethic principles are applied in the decision making process. Ethics to be applied at high level for better stakeholder satisfaction.

Consciousness, moral principles and self interest; The corporate level business decision needs to be reviewed for their consciousness, moral principles and self interest so that these decision are seen as transparent decision and stakeholder does not raise any concern or issues on the decision making process.

Concepts and application of Ethical theory: Concepts and application of ethical theory into the business decision making process such that ethical theories like utilitarian theories are applied wit true sense and it ensures that decision making processes are controlled and supported by the ethical theories.

Utilitarianism; This is the ethical theory that is required to be implemented in the business decision making process so that ethics are ensured and appropriate decision are made for the future and growth of organization. In the decision making process we need to ensure that all rights and duties are maintained and protected, it can create right justice and fairness such that we can say that the decisions are ideal and meets complete adequacy from the justice process point of view.
