SYMBICORT TURBOHALER

Toxicity range:sudden or progressive deteoration in control of asthma, COPD is life thretening.palpitation, chest pain,immunosuppression, palpitation, arrythmia , chest pain,pneumonia and other respiratory tract infection, growth retardation in children.

No known antidot for this drug

side effects: headache, nausea, vomiting,throat irritation, stomach upset, muscle & joint pain,tremours, blurred vision, nervousness.

BECLOMETHASONE

Toxicity range :Acute toxicity with this drug is low, the only harmful effect is suppression of hypothalamic-pitutary-adrenal suppression.

No known antidot for this drug

Side effects: sore throat , voice change, hoarseness, headache, nause, oral thrush.

THEOPHYLLIN

Toxicity range:tachycardia, dysrhythmia, seizure, metabolic acidosis,hypotension, hyperglycemia,hypercalcemia, hypomagnesimia,hypophosphatemia, leukocytosis.

Antidot: activated charcol

side effects:nausea, vomiting, restlessness, tremors,irritability, diarrhea.

CO-CODAPRIN

Toxicity range:renal failure, hyperventilation, vertigo,metabolic acidosis,cardiovascular collaps, unconsciousness.

antidot: Nalaxone

side effects:bleeding more easly, feeling sleepy, constipation, indigestion, headache, dizziness.

GLYCERYL TRINITRATE

Toxicity range:hypotension leading to shock,hypoxemia,bradycardia,syncop,convulsion, cyanosis, respiratory failure, coma.

No known antidot for this drug

Side effects:headache, dizziness, flushing.

VERAPAMIL

Toxicity range:hypotension,AV block, bradycardia, asystole, death

Side effects: drosiness, headache, nausea, vomiting, difficult breathing,fainting, swelling in legs or ankles, flushing.

SIMVASTATIN

Toxicity range:hepatotoxicity( hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver failure , etc) renal failure,neurocognitive effect, new onset of type 2 diabetes.

No known antidot for this drug

Side effects: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, headache, difficulty in sleeping, abdominal pain or cramps

PANADOL NIGHT

Toxicity range: liver damage, renal faiure.

Antidot: acetylcystien

Side effects: drowsiness, blurred vision,muscle twitching,dry mouth.

LORATIDINE

Toxicity range: cardiac arrythmia,agitation, mydriasis,urinary retension.

Antidot: Physostigmin

Side effects:nose bleed, headache,dry mouth, mouth sore,nervousness.

AFRIN NASAL

Toxicity range: hypotension, bradycardia, respiratory depression.

No known antidot for this drug.

Side effect:headache, light headedness, trembling, high blood pressure, blurred vision, fast heart rate.

AMOXICILLIN

Toxicity range: fatal hypersensitivity.

No known antidot for this drug.

Side effects: abdomina pain, black tarry stool, bloody nose, blood in urine diarrhea.
