Working in a clinical environment, electronic medical records definitely provided me and understanding of a patient situation where availability of the decision was totally made on the facts presented in the electronic medical record. As of now no decision has been altered in any way buy anybody close to me either personally or professionally. I usually follow a very strong code of conduct which includes following the guidelines of my job rather than being emotionally influence.
Definitely these systems help me to create decisions and increases the quality of decision as availability of information is extensively accurate and relatively wide. This type of approvals create better implementation of decision making in such a specific environment with the help of decision support systems. Electronic medical records as well as other systems which are essential for different organisations such as healthcare information management system is also the most important type of factors that influence the decision making in a positive way. I follow strict guidelines on decision making in any of the personal relations does not affect the final decision which is used with the help of these specific Technologies.

I would say interacting group model best fits my decision making. As I usually make decisions on the basis of the best available opportunities for the patient hence availability of the information gain by the patients and through there concern and I would say I definitely follow interacting group model.

In my specific job operations, gender does not hinder in any kind of decision making. This type of availability for making decisions. I follow the same criteria for making decisions on both of the genders and I would not say that my gender affect my decision making by any means.
